"Had potential, but didn’t really land for us"
It seemed like the kind of thing that should’ve been fun, which almost makes it more disappointing. The puzzles were fine in a very basic way, but they never really pulled us in, and after a while we were mostly just waiting for it to be over. I can see how some people might enjoy it, but for us it felt flat.

"Easy to Book"
Booking online was simple, and I found a time that worked for me quickly. I just wish the confirmation info had been a little clearer

"Helpful Overall, Even If Timing Isn’t Perfect"
It’s been helpful for me, even if it’s a little late sometimes. I know people might complain about that, but it still gets the job done, and I’d rather have something useful show up a bit late than not have it at all

"Fun enough, just wanted more variety"
I picked this up because my cousin and I like doing puzzles together on lazy weekends, and overall it was okay. The puzzles were enjoyable for a bit, but after a while they started to feel similar. I still had some fun with it, just wish there had been a little more variety to keep things interesting.

"Felt rushed and uncomfortable"
The staff didn’t come across as very friendly, and the host seemed like they were rushing us through everything. It kind of threw off the whole vibe and made the game feel awkward instead of fun. Maybe it was just an off day, but it definitely left a bad impression on us.

"Difficulty Was Kind of All Over the Place"
The puzzles felt uneven to me. A few were so easy we got through them right away, and then suddenly one would feel basically impossible. I’m sure the idea was to make it challenging, but it didn’t really feel fair. We ended up spending more time stuck than actually having fun, so the balance could definitely use some work.

"We tried one of the online rooms…"
We tried one of the online rooms with our work team, and it was fun overall. It got everyone talking and working together, which was the main goal. That said, some of the clues were kind of unclear, and we ended up wasting time debating what we were even supposed to do next. The host was nice and stepped in when we needed help, so that definitely made it better. Not saying it’s a scam, but for the price/experience, I expected it to feel a little more polished. Decent for team collaboration, just not as smooth as I hoped. 3 stars feels fair.

"Check-in took a bit longer than I expected"
Check-in was kinda slow, to be honest. The staff were really nice, so that helped, but the whole process felt a little messy and took longer than I thought it would

"Booking was a bit stressful"
I tried to book a game the other day, and for some reason the site kept freezing on me. Then the payment page loaded twice, which made me a little nervous since I wasn’t totally sure what was happening. I did manage to get it booked in the end, but yeah, I’d probably want it to feel more reliable before using it again

"Fun night out with the kids"
We went with the kids after dinner, kind of on a whim since we were already out and nobody felt like heading home yet. Everyone ended up having a really good time, which is always a win because my kids don’t always agree on what’s fun. The staff was really nice and jumped in to help whenever we needed it. Nothing was too scary or overwhelming, just a solid family night out.

"I was trying to figure out the accessibility..."
I was trying to figure out the accessibility details before booking, but the info was really unclear and kind of hard to track down. That part was weird, especially when you're just trying to plan ahead and make sure everything will work. It ended up making the whole process stressful, so I didn’t book. I just wish it had been easier to find clear answers.

"Fun room, but the cleaning could use some work"
I went here with a group of friends the game itself was a good time. The puzzles were fun, everything seemed to work like it should, and we still had a lot of laughs.
The place wasn’t disgusting or anything, but the cleanliness was just kind of meh. There was dust sitting in the corners, a few sticky spots on the table, and the bathroom felt like it had been ignored for a while. For what you pay, that part felt a little ridiculous.

The staff were friendly, which I appreciated, and I’d maybe come back for the game experience. I just really wish the venue felt cleaner and fresher overall. For me, it lands at 3 stars.

"Fun spot, just give yourself time to park"
We had a really fun time at Wolfe Escape Games, and the game itself was totally worth it. The only slightly annoying part was parking. There were spaces in the area, but when we showed up, nothing was super close by.
We circled around for a bit and ended up walking a few minutes, which wasn’t a big deal, just something to know ahead of time. Weirdly, I remember there was a little purple kid’s scooter leaning against a post near where we parked, and for some reason that stuck in my brain. If you’re going on a busy day, I’d just plan to arrive a little early.

"Good game, but getting there was a pain"
The game itself was decent, so I can’t really complain about that. But the location made it more annoying than it needed to be. Parking was tight, and it took us way longer than it should’ve to actually find the place. Not sure who thought that spot was a great idea, but yeah, it wasn’t the easiest.

"Fun enough, but probably not going back anytime soon"
We had a decent time overall, and the room was okay, but nothing really wowed me or made me want to book another one right away. The puzzles were fine, just not anything I’ll really remember later. Maybe if I went with a different group, I’d give another room a shot.

"Feels a bit tight if you’ve got a bigger group"
We tried this with six people and it just felt too cramped to really enjoy. Everyone was bumping elbows, there wasn’t much room to move around, and it kind of turned into a shuffle of people stepping over bags, squeezing past chairs, and trying not to knock into each other. It might be fine for two or three, maybe even four if you’re all chill, but for six it just wasn’t much fun.

"Restroom situation was kinda lame"
The game itself was fine, no real complaints there, but the restroom situation was a bit of a pain in the butt. Had to wait longer than I expected, and it totally messed with the flow of the night. Not the end of the world, but yeah, annoying

"I don’t know, the waiting area just..."
I don’t know, the waiting area just wasn’t the most comfortable for me. The seats felt kind of cramped, and they were a little hard to sit in for long

"Fun idea, but the immersion could’ve been stronger"
The theme was really cool and the story mostly made sense, so I did have a good time overall. That said, I never felt fully pulled into the experience the whole way through. A few parts felt kind of random, like they didn’t quite connect or got added without much explanation. I’m glad I went, but I do think the team should take a closer look at how everything flows and own that part of the experience a bit more, because it could be much more immersive with some tighter planning.

"Room felt way too cramped"
I went to Wolf Escape Games thinking it would be a fun night out, but the room we ended up in felt way too small for our group. Once everyone was inside, it was hard to move around without bumping into somebody.

It also got warm really fast, and there just wasn’t much space to step back, look around, and think through the clues. Something about it just made the whole experience feel more stressful than fun, and a couple of us basically ended up standing off to the side.

The puzzles themselves might be fine for other people, but the comfort level really ruined it for me. I probably wouldn’t come back with a group again
